For children aged 18 and under. Includes: Health History Consultation, Comprehensive Examination, Report of Findings and Plan of Management. In some cases, treatment begins the following visit so that we can take the time to truly try understand the root cause of your issue. Imaging incurring an additional cost may be required if clinically indicated.
